Francisco A. "Panchito" Rodriguez, 86, of San Benito passed away on Wednesday, January 7th, 2015 in Harlingen, Texas. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Manuela Y. Rodriguez; his son, Daniel Rodriguez; and his daughter, Noemi Piña. He is survived by his children: Josue Rodriguez, Noe (Abelina) Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez, Jr., Anita (Ruben) Gonzalez, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Ester Rodriguez; his son-in-law, Frank Piña; 21 grandchildren; and 43 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. from 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Visitation will continue at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Iglesia Santa Pentecostes Templo "Bethesda" located on 480 E. Expressway in San Benito with a funeral service to begin at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be members of the family.
