Ricardo Garcia, 67, of El Ranchito, Texas, passed away on December 14, 2014 in Harlingen, Texas. He was preceded in death by his son, Antonio Garcia; and his parents, Samuel and Eliza Evans Garcia. Ricardo is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Guadalupe Garcia; his children: Patricia (Mario) Trevino, Ricardo Garcia, Jr., David Garcia, and Martin Garcia; siblings: Samuel (Hortencia) Garcia, Elma (Pedro) Perez, Armando (Hilda) Garcia, Leopoldo (Blanca) Garcia, Romeo (Blanca) Garcia, and Cruz (Silvia) Garcia; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at St. Ignacio Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito.
