Margarita L. Garcia, 84, of La Paloma, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on December 5, 2014.
She is preceded in death her husband, Ismael Garcia, Sr.
Margarita is survived by her children: Francisca (Refugio+) Vallejo, Noemi Aguilar, Ludivina (Victor Torres) Yancey, Salvador (Nelda) Garcia, Irma (Jose Felix) Estrada, Ismael (Maria) Garcia, Lee (Jennifer) Garcia, and Lilia (Jesus) Garcia-Leal; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. from 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at El Calaboz Cemetery.
