Rio Hondo- Rosa Perales Rodriguez, 87, went to be with our Lord on Jan 12, 2014 at Sunshine Haven in Olmito, Texas .
Rosa was born February 27, 1926 to Guadalupe and Dionicia Rodriguez. She was a life time resident of Rio Hondo, Texas.
She is survived by her sister Maria Luisa Benavides and brother Juan Perales Rodriguez both from San Benito, Texas.
Visitation will be held Today, January 14, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a holy rosary to be recited at 7 pm at Thomae-Garza Funeral Chapel
A Funeral service will be held on January 15, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Helen Catholic Church in Rio Hondo. Committal service will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park In San Benito, Texas.
Pallbearers are Antonio Garza, Albert Yanez, Michael Benavides, Ernesto Benavides, Sam Benavides and Jesse Benavides. Honorary pallbearers are Juan P. Rodriguez, Jimmy Ray January, and Caleb A.
