Obituary of Timoteo Villafranca

San Benito, Texas- Timoteo Villafranca, 77, went to be with the Lord on August 6, 2013 surrounded by his loving family at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. Timoteo was retired from Cameron County Irrigation District No. 2 and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church Mr. Villafranca is survived by his loving wife, Irene Villafranca; his children: Gilberto (Francisca) Villafranca, Irma (Frank) Salazar, Timoteo (Nora) Villafranca Jr., Jose Luis (Drinda) Villafranca, Ernesto Villafranca, and Lorena (Pedro) Olivares. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, as well as other relatives. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a holy rosary at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito. Committal service will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
