Geronima Rodriguez, 92, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013 in Harlingen, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo Rodriguez.
Geronima is survived by her eight children: Severiana Rodriguez, Victor Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez Jr., Moises Rodriguez, Lucia R. Gonzalez, Armando Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez, and Rumaldo Rodriguez. Also surviving her are 40 grandchildren, 88 great-grandchildren, and 27 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
