Obituary of William John Thomas

William “Whitey” John Thomas, 79, of Port Isabel, TX passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at Harlingen Medical Center. He was a resident, most of his life, in Port Isabel for 72 years.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 1022 N. Yturria St., Port Isabel, TX 78578 with a Celebration of Life to follow at the American Legion Post 498, 819 S. Garcia St, Port Isabel, TX 78578.

Full Military Honors will be conducted by Americans Vietnam Veterans Chapter 1 of Brownsville, TX.
