He was born on January 13, 1964, to Modesta Garcia and Ramon Reyes with a twin sister in Cd. Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico in Los Angeles Villa de Casas. He met Beatrice Eugenia Flores Garcia in Houston TX that led to a wonderful 28-year marriage till his recent passing. At a very young age he learned to work hard in the fields and helping with farm work. He also learned to work construction, plumbing, electrical, and he especially loved working on cars.
