Elizabeth F. Kerr, 60, (Liz, Dawn Moon) originally born and raised in The Forgotten Bottom Neighborhood of South Philadelphia, suddenly passed on July 14, 2024, in Port Isabel, TX. Beloved Sister of Ann Marie, Deborah, (Edward) and Thomas (TJ & Lisa). Daughter of Thomas & Elizabeth (deceased). She is survived by nieces and nephews and a great niece and great nephew. She was loved by many humans and non-humans, Liz was a compassionate, caring, and loving person. She showed up for those in need and her helpful spirit shone through as the owner of her own business, Caring Services by Liz. Liz was loved and cared for by her South Padre Island tribe of friends who called her family. A Celebration of Life beach service will be held on Saturday July 20th, 2024, beginning at 8pm.
