Refugio Rios, 74, of San Benito, TX passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Harlingen Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Felicitas Rios, and brother Margarito Rios II.
Left to cherish his memory are his 2 daughters, Eva Rios, and Rebecca (Miguel) Trevino; 1 son Alejandro (Stella) Rios; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 3 brothers. Frank, Carlos, and Angel Rios; 4 sisters, Janie Rios, Linda Lopez, Mary Lopez, and Annie Rios. He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives, nieces, and nephews.
Refugio will be cremated.
