Lucy Vela Peña 75, La Paloma , TX passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday September 1, 2023.
She enjoyed many early morning trips fishing at the pier and the Island.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Jose Peña.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Angie Peña Perez (Abel) of Lamesa,TX; daughter, Velma Peña Treviño (Michael) of La Paloma, TX; and one son, Rolando Peña (Yesenia) of La Paloma, TX; grandchildren, Cindy Yanez (Michael) of Big Spring TX, Ruby Gabler (Lyle) of Lubbock, TX; Andrew and Adam Treviño, Lyam and Leandro Veliz, and Adrielle Peña all of La Paloma,TX. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Erik, Kamila, Kenley, and Madi.
