Dominga Juanes Garza, 85, of San Benito, TX passed away June 7, 2023, in Fremont OH. She was loved by all who knew her. Mom was a very active person and she loved having garage sales and selling at the flea market. She loved her dogs and watching novellas. She is preceded in death by Guadalupe J. Garza husband of 52 years; parents, Silvestre & Antonia Juanes; sister, Refugia Zamora; daughters-in law, Olga Garza, and Veronica Villarreal; aunt, Aurelia Abrego. She is survived by her children, Yolanda Garza, Juan Garza (Nora Lara), Ramon Garza (Lola Benitez), Frank Villarreal, Maricruz (Jose) Gamboa, Guadalupe (Eusebio) Ariola, Esmeralda (Jack) Bowlsbey, Noe Garza and Mellisa (Manny) Lopez. In addition, she is also survived by her siblings Nino (Alicia) Cortez, Antonio (Teresa) Cortez, Juan Juanes, Silvestre (Char) Juanes; 34 grandchildren; 73 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1001 US-77 BUS, San Benito, TX, with interment to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
