In loving memory of Genoveva V. Conde, 94, of San Benito, Texas. She was called to her Heavenly home on October 15, 2022, in Harlingen. She was born on January 28, 1928, in Los Fresnos to the late Robert Vasquez and Josefina Ramos. She is preceded in death by her parents: Roberto Vasquez and Josefina Ramos; brothers: Timoteo Vasquez, Rogelio Vasquez; sister: Concepción Fonseca; husband: Sotero Conde Jr. She is survived by her 7 sons; Sotero the 3rd (Dominga) Conde, Belindo (Celia+) Conde, Reynaldo (Maria+) Conde, Juan (Eustolia) Conde, Jose V (Mine) Conde, Celedonio Conde, Abelardo (Lydia) Conde, 2 daughters; Maria Alicia Conde, Beatriz (Manuel) Gonzalez; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. She was a homemaker, a Christian, and she loved to do cross stitch embroidery and coloring books. She was also fond of animals especially her cats and two dogs. Throughout her life she found joy in gardening, her favorite flower was roses. Visitation will be held at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, TX on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Prayer Service and a 7 p.m. Rosary. A Chapel Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with a Graveside Service to follow at Las Yescas Cemetery.
