Jose Luis Ramirez, 69 of San Benito, Texas, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022. He was a loving husband of 49 years, a great father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and father-in-law who will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his Mother Maria Ramirez and Father Jose P. Ramirez. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Angelita Leal Ramirez, children, Angelica Ramirez-Garcia, Sammy (Erica) Ramirez, Ann P. (David) Ramirez, and Jorge Ramirez. Also surviving are his siblings, Felipa (Joe) Ramirez, Concepcion (Amado) Cantu, Juan (Norma) Ramirez, Paula Ramirez, Carolina Ramirez, and Adela Mendez, along with 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, from 5 pm to 9 pm at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 10 am at Thomae- Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral services will conclude then.
