Frances Z. Flores, 91, lifetime resident of Brownsville, TX, passed away on September 16, 2012 at Paramount Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Pasadena, TX. She was a member of St Luke's Catholic Church in Brownsville, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luis R. Flores and her son, Hector Garza. She is survived by her daughter, Carmen Villarreal, and son-in-law, Roger Villarreal, of Deer Park, TX; two granddaughters, Capt Sabrina M. Villarreal, USMC of Parris Island, SC and Joy Villarreal of Pasadena, Texas. A Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, September 21, 2012 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel in San Benito, Texas. A Memorial Service and Spreading of Ashes will be held aboard the Breakaway Cruises near the Christ the Redeemer Statue on South Padre Island at 8:30 am on Saturday, September 22, 2012.
