Jacob Anthony Gallegos, 31, of San Benito, Texas passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Valley Babtist Medical Center, Harlingen, Texas.
Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Maria Gallegos and Juan Gallegos; 2 uncles, Tony and Rene Gallegos.
He is survived by his mother, Isabel Gallegos; mother of his children, Alisha Buitron; sons, Anthony Cortez, Nathaniel Cortez; daughter Ariiana Gallegos. Mother of his children, Phylisha Moreno; daughter Luvlynn West Gallegos; sons. Samuel Garcia III and Mikkel Kyng Gallegos; 2 brothers, Kevin (Victoria) Rangel, and Ruben Rangel; and 1 Uncle Sergio Gallegos.
Private cremation services will be held according to his wishes.
