Ignacio Olmos Morales, 52, of Laguna Heights passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX.
Ignacio is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Erika Cortes Alfaro; 2 sons, Ignacio Olmos Cortes, and David Olmos; 1 daughter, Erika Celita Olmos; parents, Roberto Olmos and Margarita Morales; 3 brothers, Lucio Olmos, Lino Olmos, and Moises Olmos; 5 sisters, Martha Olmos, Blanca Olmos, Maria Olmos, Zaira Olmos, and Yamira Olmos; several nephews and nieces and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with Pastor George Moreno leading the Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday May 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S Longoria St, Port Isabel, TX with interment to follow to Port Isabel City Cemetery.
Honored to be serving as Mr. Morales's pallbearers are Ignacio Olmos Cortes, David Olmos, Jonathan Grajales, Alexander Cadena, Inocenio Robles and Mario Ventura.
