Obdulia Hernandez, 64, of San Benito, TX passed away on Thursday March 24, 2022, in Harlingen, TX. She was born in Matamoros, Mexico, September 05, 1957. Obdulia married the love of her life and became a United States citizen on February 03, 2012. She adored her family, showing it through good food, quality time, and words of wisdom. While she was a quiet, private person, she truly blossomed in the company of her late husband and those she loved. Obdulia enjoyed spending her time creating arts and crafts along with sewing. Obdulia is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Hernandez; as well as her parents, Jose & Rosa Duarte. She is survived by her son, Pedro A. (Elizabeth) Hernandez; beloved by her favorite grandson Gilberto Torres Jr, Pedrito E. Hernandez; granddaughters, Maricruz E. Hernandez, Isabella E. Hernandez; and great-granddaughter, Joslyne C.
