Herminia Hernandez, 74, of San Benito, TX, went to be with our Lord, on October 17, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents; Luis and Locadia Hinojosa; three brothers Alejandro Galvan, Benito Galvan and Hector Hinojosa. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Amalie Hernandez (Benito) Mendez, her sister Elva Gonzalez, and Noelia Espinosa. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Aracelie Mendez, Arliana Mendez, Arlissa Mendez, Arlynn mendez, Arlette Mendez, and Andrew Mendez, along with numerous nieces and nephews as well as other family members. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 5 pm to 9 pm at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7 pm. Services will conclude at the end of the evening. All individuals are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines by socially distancing a minimum space of 6 feet apart and must wear face covers or masks.
