Viola B Guillot, a lifetime resident of Port Isabel Tx. & graduate of the Class of 1944 was welcomed peacefully into eternal life surrounded by her loving family on October 13, 2021 at the age of 95. Viola, a life-long resident of Port Isabel & often referred to as the Port Isabel Tarpon’s #1 fan was a lifetime member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church & the Spanish Choir in Port Isabel. She worked for the Bobbitt’s Filling Stations, Port Isabel City Hall, Port Isabel Water District & Point Isabel ISD. She retired from the Point Isabel Independent School District where she often reminded us that she worked at for over 31 years. She was a strong woman of faith & a cancer survivor who enjoyed life, spending time with her family & did not want to miss out on any type of celebration. She enjoyed singing, dancing, playing Chalupa, Bingo, trips to Las Vegas, watching her Port Isabel Tarpons, Dallas Cowboys & having a nice cold one watching the sunsets at Parrot Eyes on South Padre Island. We will miss her dearly every day but her impact & memories will forever be in our hearts.
