SAN BENITO, TX. - Paula Delmas Willard, 83, of San Benito, TX, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday 13, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Warren W. Willard, her father and mother, Encarnacion and Natividad Delmas, her three brothers, Jose, Emilio and Teodoro Delmas, and her sister, Margarita. Paula is survived by her loving son, Rene Martinez and wife, Carol, Houston, Texas; sister Trinidad Castillo of Elsa, Texas; sister-in-law, Concepcion Delmas, Harlingen, Texas; numerous beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and devoted pets Blackie and Cinnamon. She was a long time employee of Luby's Cafeteria in Harlingen, Texas, retiring after more than thirty years of service. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 9:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral service will be held at 11:30 A.M. and interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, TX. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to a charity of your choice. Words of comfort can be sent the family of Paula Delmas Willard to www.thomaegarza.com.
