Anna C. Villarreal 70, of Laguna Vista, Texas passed away on May 3, 2021. She was born in Los Fresnos, Texas on October 30th 1950. She was happy to be a part of many church groups and she especially enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister: Dora Gonzalez, 2 brothers: Arturo Cantu and Alberto Cantu. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Raul J. Villarreal, Jr., 3 children: Raul ”Tinker” (Mary) Villarreal, III, Ron Villarreal, Randy (Iran) Villarreal, 6 (pride and joy) grandchildren: Raul Villarreal IV, Rosanna Villarreal, Ryan Villarreal, Mea Rae Villarreal, Zabdiel de Jesus Villarreal, Zebastian Adrian Villarreal, 3 brothers: Angel Cantu, Adelmiro Cantu, Ernie Cantu, and 1 sister: Rosie Garza. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 6, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A chapel service will be held Friday May 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Cemetery.
