Daniel F. Velasquez 32, of Brownsville passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his oldest brother Silvestre Velasquez. Left to treasure his memories are his wife Franky Caballero, his two daughters Zoe Tejeda and Leah Velasquez, his parents Juan Isidro Velasquez and Cesarea Acuna Garcia, step-father Noe Garcia, sister Ayde Velasquez (Josue R. Hernandez) and his two nieces Reyna J. and Natalia J. Hernandez and brother Juan A. Velasquez. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A chapel service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A burial will follow to Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas. Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart.
