Mike Silva, 33, of Los Fresnos, Texas, entered into rest on May 31, 2012 in Los Fresnos, Texas. Mike is preceded in death by his father, Francisco Silva Sr and father-in-law, Tiburcio "Butch" Chavez. He is survived by his loving wife, Ericka Silva; two sons, Mike Silva Jr and Sebastian Silva; daughter, Jacinda Silva, all of Port Isabel, Texas; mother, Dixie (Joe) Garcia of Mesquite, Texas; brother, Francisco (Dinah) Silva Jr of Laguna Heights, Texas; two sisters, Cecilia Marie (Alex) Munoz of Ennis, Texas and Jessica Abigail (Christopher) Contesso of Ennis, Texas; mother-in-law, Juanita Chavez of Port Isabel, Texas; three nephews: Francisco Silva III, Andrew Silva, and Alex Munoz Jr. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and other relatives. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Lighthouse Assembly of God Church located at 110 Port Road in Port Isabel, Texas. Visitation will continue on Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with the funeral service to begin at 2:00 pm at Lighthouse Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Steven Hyde officiating. Interment will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas.
