Elida Huerta Lucio, 85 of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2020, at her residence in San Benito. She is survived by three sons, Guadalupe Rosales, Gustavo Rosales, and Ismael Rosales; three daughters, Hilda Chavarria, Adela Villarreal, and Esmeralda Rosales; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and four siblings, Yolanda Aguilar, Luis Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, and Jesus Hernandez. A visitation will begin Wednesday, August 19, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas. Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart.
