Sylvia Parra Curiel 71, a longtime resident Port Isabel passed away July 30, 2020 in Brownsville, Texas.
She loved to dance and enjoyed music, listening to the radio and singing. She was an excellent cook and passed on her culinary skills to her daughter.
She is preceded in death by her husband Juan Pacheco Garcia, Parents: Juan Munoz Rojas and Doroteo Medellin Najera.
She is survived by her daughter Miriam Pacheco (Eriberto Balcazar), Grandchildren Juan Divan Herrera (Victoria Martinez), Jesus Balcazar, Luis Balcazar, Nieces she raised as her own Adela Pacheco and Mercedes Pacheco.
