Roberto G. Gonzalez, 92 of El Ranchito, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Roberto Gonzalez; mother, Martina Gonzalez; and brothers, Justo, Pablo, Daniel and Angel. Roberto is survived by his loving wife, Antonia; children, Sylvia Gonzales and Noe Gonzalez; siblings: Juanita Davila, Maria Del Refugio Garcia, Raul, Casamiro, Eligio, Federico and Ernesto; grandchildren: Nelda Solorio, James Gutierrez, Cynthia Leija, Virginia Gutierrez, Marie Gonzalez, Araceli Gonzalez, Noe Gonzalez, Beatrice Gonzalez and Jessica Gonzalez as well as 23 great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin Sunday, June 28, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A chapel service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2020, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home and burial will follow at Garcia Cemetery in El Ranchito, Texas.
