Obituary of Lea Martinez

Lea Martinez, 40, of Harlingen, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ovidio and Maria Martinez; sister, Hilda Leija; and daughter, Layla Marie Robles.

Left to cherish her memory are her six children, Eric Robles, Johnathan Robles, Alexis Robles, Audrie (Guillermo) Villalpando Jr., Daniel Robles Jr., and Aleiha Rae Robles; 5 grandchildren; four brothers, Antonio (Jennifer) Leija Jr., Ovidio (Cindy) Martinez Jr., Esequel (Gaby) Martinez, Saul (Jessica) Martinez; two sisters, Veronica (Samuel) Garcia and Griselda (Abel) Garces; and other relatives.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 29, 2019, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with cremation to follow in accordance with her wishes.
