Alfredo “Freddy” Rodriguez,50, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018 in San Benito, Texas.

Freddy was born in San Benito, Texas on November 11, 1967.  He graduated from Pace High School in Brownsville, Texas in 1986 and attended Texas Southmost College. He was a construction/ handyman. He was married to his loving wife Mary for 22 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Pedro and Felipa Rodriguez, his baby son; Alex.

Freddy is survived by his loving wife of 22 years Maria Lopez Rodriguez, 2 sons; Alfredo Rodriguez Jr. and Armando Rodriguez, step daughter; Cassandra Alvarado his 3 grandchildren; Natalia De La Rosa, Gabby Alvarado and Jaylen Alvarado as well as his siblings; Gloria (Halder) Garcia, Oralia Rangel, Alfredo (Alma) Rodriguez, Dora (Ruben) Leal, Armando Rodriguez, Lina (Sonny) Castillo, Diana Vargas, Janie Gomez, Ana (Marcos) Buenrostro, Amy (Julio Navarro ) Rodriguez, Ashley Rodriguez, Aaron Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Ruby Cantu, Liliana Kim and George Cantu.    

Visitation will be held on  Tuesday, June 5, 2018  from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A graveside service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6,  2018 at Esparza Cemetery in San Benito, Texas.
