Beatriz Silva, 64, of Los Fresnos, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 in Los Fresnos, Texas. She was a good mother and grandmother to her children. She worked hard all of her life and had a heart of gold and loved by all. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Pedro Silva and Basila Silva her brothers; Roberto Silva, Francisco Silva, Martin Silva, Jose Silva and Lucindo Silva., nephew; Mike Silva. Beateriz is survived by her Husband; Lucio Munoz, five daughters; Alicia Ponce Mendiola, Norma Garza, Patricia Munoz, Nancy Munoz and Norma Juarze and her son Manuel Ponce, grandchildren; Emma Martinez, Emily Martinez, Ezaiah Martinez, Fernando Herrear, Nicole Herrear and Luis Hernandez, Karlo Alberto Mendiola Jr., Karicia Xcaret Mendiola, Azul Violeta Delphin, Kevin Delphin, Ashley M. Ponce, Eric Ponce and Manuel Ponce Jr., brothers and sisters; Pedro Silva Jr., Lorenzo Silva, Celia Silva Munoz and Elveria Munoz. Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 16, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at St. Cecelia Catholic Church in Los Fresnos Texas. Interment will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas.
