Luis Vasquez Martinez, 62, of Port Isabel/Tyler, Texas passed away on September 22, 2016 in Tyler, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by three children, his father, nine siblings, and one grandchild. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 30, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St. in Port Isabel, Texas. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery.
