Pablo Muñoz, Sr. 70, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 in Brownsville, Texas.
He is survived by his children: Pablo Muñoz, Jr, Noemi Gudoy, Ruth Muñoz, Analy Turrubiates, Lizzette Muñoz, Sabino Muñoz Astello, Hortencia Muñoz, Pablo Muñoz Astello, Irma Muñoz, Zoila Muñoz Astello, Carolina Muñoz Astello; seven brothers and sisters: Antonio Muñoz, Leobardo Muñoz, Atanacio Muñoz, Irma Muñoz, Sara Muñoz, Virginia Muñoz, Maria De La Luz Muñoz; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers: Pablo Muñoz, Jr., Ramon Niño, Daniel Rodriguez, Alfredo Gudoy, Daniel Turrubiates, and Carlos Banda.
