Maria De Lourdes Peña de Rios, 70, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2016 at her residence.
He was preceded in death by her husband, Ramiro Rios; and grandson, Eliseo Rios.
She is survived by her children: Maria (Miguel) Gomez, Ramiro Rios, Maria (Jose Luis) Vera, Nora (Juan) Cortez, Arturo (Rosalva Martinez) Rios, Margarita (Ramon) Campos, Manuela (Gerardo) Bazan, Martin Rios, and Lucelva Rios; 24 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Tuesday, April 12, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Benito Memorial Park.
