Maria Rosario “Rosa” Tilley, 55, of Los Fresnos/Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 in Harlingen, Texas. Rosa was always loving, caring, and outgoing. She just loved to always always have a good time and made sure everyone around her was in good spirits and in good hands. She put everyone before herself and will never forget all the good times we had with her. She will be greatly missed and we will always keep her in our hearts. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria de Jesus LoBue; grandmother, Olivia Maria “Mama Liva”; two uncles, Carlos Calvillo and Pete Calvillo; two aunts, Aurora Ragusin and Monica Cisneros; and cousin, Monica Vela. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Anthony Tilley; her children Beverly Ann (Daniel Rodriguez) Tilley and Theresa Marie Tilley; siblings: Robert (Olga) Garcia, Olivia (Alex) Rivera, Joey (Silvia) LoBue; Mike (Dahlia) LoBue, and Monica LoBue; Robert Garcia, Jr, Lilen, Alex R.,Dom., Joshua, Damion, Lil Roger, Olga, Oly, Ashely, Alex, Sebastian, Mariana, Charlie, Nicole, Cindy; and numerous cousins and family. A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St. in Port Isabel, Texas.
