Jesus Castañeda-Gonzalez, 54, of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 in Brownsville, Texas.
He was a cook for Konami Restaurant on South Padre Island, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria Lopez Santiago; two daughters: Celina Ruiz and Ana Laura Ruiz; one grandson, Bryan Jesus Prudencio; one granddaughter, Kimberly Prudencio; and three sisters: Maria Castañeda, Olivia Castañeda, and Maritza Castañeda.
Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a chapel service at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Las Yescas Cemetery in Rio Hondo, Texas.
