Patrick Y. Nuckols, 65, of South Padre Island, TX passed away on February 1, 2016 at his residence. Patrick was the owner of Bay Area Construction for 25 years. He also spent many years serving as a building inspector for the city Bayview, TX. Patrick loved the island and talking about his construction projects on it. When he wasn't working, you could find him teeing up on the golf course. He was loved and will be dearly missed. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 15 years, Patricia Nuckols, his two daughters Lynzi (Scott Schneider) and Lyzet, his brother Frank Nuckols (Mary Lou), Tyler(nephew), and Olivia(niece).
