Manuel Lozada Jr., passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015 in Weslaco Texas. He was a loving father, son, brother, friend, and served in the United States Army. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. Manuel is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Lozada Sr. and brother, Davis Lozada. Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Aurora R. Castillo; children: Manuel III, Celestino, Juan Davis, Mitchell and Marco Antonio Lozada; sister, Ana (Sergio) Gonzalez; nephews: Sergio Gonzalez Jr., Frankie Lee, Joshua; niece, JoAnne, and other relatives. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Burial will follow at San Benito City Cemetery with military honors.
