Guadalupe Z. Rodriguez, 78, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hilario Zepeda and Anastacia Trevino; and her daughter-in-law, Magali Proenza de la Paz.
Guadalupe is survived by her husband, Juan P. Rodriguez; her son, Mario Proenza; her granddaughter, Chelsea (Larry) Parker Proenza; two sisters, Hilaria Zepeda Puente and Julia T. Zepeda; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae Garza Funeral Home.
Mass of resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2015 at St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Rio Hondo, Texas. Committal service will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
