Elizabeth Garza Alcala, 90, of Rio Hondo, Texas, entered into rest on May 5, 2015.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruno Alcala Sr., and son, Saul Alcala.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Bruno Alcala Jr., Jose Maria Alcala, Richard Alcala, Matilde Alcala Cerda, and Sam Alcala. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Chapel service will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 9:45 am at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Rio Hondo Community Cemetery.
