San Benito, TX- Armando C. Gutierrez, 70, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2010 at Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen. He is preceded in death by his parents, Policarpio and Sofia Caballero Gutierrez; and a sister, Herminia Martinez. Armando is survived by his wife, Maria D. Gutierrez; his children, Armando "Dobey" Gutierrez, Nelda Gutierrez, Armando "Mandito" Gutierrez, Ruben Garcia, Blanca Delia Garcia, Ana Maria Garcia, Jorge Garcia and Manuel Garcia; along with numerous grandchildren; 2 sisters, Petra Gutierrez (Ruben Sr.) Aguirre and Damiana Gutierrez (Juan) Garza; along with numerous nieces and nephews Visitations will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010 from 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. and on Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, October 25, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Committal Service will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito.
