San Benito, TX- Jose Angel Abrego, 63, entered into Eternal Rest on Monday, September 5, 2011 at Atrium Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in San Benito.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Aurelia Abrego.
Mr. Abrego is survived by his wife, Noelia Trevino; three children: Guadalupe Abrego, Victoria Abrego, and Benjamin Abrego; three siblings: Marianita A. Tamez, Angel (Isabel Varela) Mendiola, and Rosalinda Valenzuela. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito. Committal service will follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
