Brownsville, TX: Frank Walter Klick, 83, passed away September 10, 2010 in Portland, TX. Frank retired from Union Pacific Railroad and served in the US Navy during World War II; he enjoyed spending time at billiards and frequented 1st Outraggers and Lula's; he also enjoyed traveling to Mexico and through out the United States. He is preceded in death by his 3 sisters, Jean A. Bondas, Mary Shulgan and Helen Rice; a brother, Chester Klick; and a niece, Dianne Shulgan. Frank is survived by his wife of 32 years, Maria Francisca Hinojosa; his stepchildren, Andres (Christina) Hinojosa, Roberto (Graciela) Hinojosa, Norma Linda (Louis) Champion, Genaro (Gina) Hinojosa, Alma Gloria (Dionicio) Buitron, Ricardo (Lilia) Hinojosa and Nicolas Hinojosa; along with numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Interment will follow to Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery located at 2520 S. Inspiration Rd. in Mission.
