San Benito, Tx - Maria Guadalupe Garcia, 69, of San Benito entered into rest on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Angel Bright Hospice in Corpus Christi, TX.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Basilides Garcia, and a sister, Maria Cristina Vargas.
She is survived by her twin sister, Rosario (Martin) Acosta; sister, Margarita (Alberto) Aceves; brother, Antonio Mendez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held Friday, June 25, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass of Resurrection will be held today, Saturday, June 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
