San Benito, TX- Guadalupe Reyna, 93, of San Benito, TX passed away June 16, 2010 at Harlingen Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her son, Tomas Cortez; and 2 grandchildren, Maria Luisa Hernandez and Carlos Cortez. Guadalupe is survived by her son, Francisco (Margarita) Coronado; and her 8 grandchildren, Eddie Cortez, Blanca Cortez, Guadalupe Valdovinos, Tomas Cortez, Jr., Maggie Coronado, Frank Coronado, Jr., Claudia Coronado and Carol Coronado; a sister, Benita Coronado; a brother, Martin Reyna, Jr.; along with numerous great grandchildren and other relatives. Visitation was held Friday, June 18, 2010 from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Templo Ebenezer located at 482 W. Stenger St. in San Benito, with Pastor David Salazar officiating. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
