San Benito, TX- Our beloved father, Jesus R. Gaona, 87, of San Benito went to be with our Lord on Monday, June 14, 2010 at The Atrium Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in San Benito.
Jesus is preceded in death by his wife, Hermelinda H. Gaona; and his parents, Octaviano and Concepcion Gaona.
He is survived by his daughter, Toni (Zeke) Cisneros; and a son, Juan Gaona; his grandchildren, Orlando (Bettina) Cisneros, Jovanna (J.D.) De La Rosa, Celina (Luis A.) Barrera, Linda, J.J. and Gabriel Gaona; along with his great grandchildren, Luis Alejandro and Aiden Barrera, Lando Cisneros, Juan Mollish and Marcus and Nylah Mendez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
