Las Rucias/ San Benito, Tx - Reymundo Lopez, 60, of Las Rucias/ San Benito entered into eternal life on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Juan Jose Reyes, Jr.; father, Federico Lopez, Sr; a brother, Jose Guadalupe Lopez; a sister, Maria Elena Leal; and mother-in-law, Guadalupe Machuca. He is survived by her loving wife of 43 years, Patricia M. Lopez.; his mother, Maria Inez N. Lopez; three sons, Alejandro Lopez, Reymundo Lopez, Jr., Juan Gabriel Lopez; two daughters, Gloria Lopez, Celina Lopez-Gonzalez; four brothers, four sisters, eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 25, 2010 and Friday, March 26, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on both nights at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Benedict's Catholic Church. Committal service will follow to Las Rucias Cemetery in Las Rucias, Texas.
