San Benito, TX- Dolores R. Garcia, 88, of San Benito, TX, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2010 at her residence San Benito.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus F. Garcia; a daughter, Alicia Dolores Aguirre; her sons, Marcelo Garcia and Gumecindo Garcia.
Dolores is survived by her daughters, Dalia (Jose) Longoria, San Juanita (Pablo) Lopez, Jr., Maria del Rosario (Jose) Trevino, Minerva Garcia and Rosalinda Garcia; her sons, Jesus Garcia, Jr., Juan Garcia, Ricardo Garcia and Luis Manuel Garcia; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Mass of Resurrection will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Committal Service will follow to Las Flores Cemetery in San Benito.
