Los Fresnos,TX - Bernice Pederson,105, a life-long resident of Los Fresnos, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Medical Park Hospital in Hope, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Oren Pederson; daughter, Peggy Pederson Artley and son-in-law, Jack Artley; daughter, Ruby Jean Pederson Cheshire and son-in-law, Dick Cheshire; daughter, Billie Pederson Gunsul, and son-in-law, Robert Dorris.
Bernice is survived by three daughters and two son-in-laws: Joan Pederson Dorris of Leakey, Texas, Wanda Pederson Duncan and Tom Duncan of Hope, Arkansas; Barbara Pederson Wyatt and Buford Wyatt of Hewitt, Texas;and nephews: Jimmy Hollon, Larry Hollon, and Paul Pederson. Mrs. Pederson leaves behind a host of loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito.
