Lydia Alvarez Trevino, 53 of San Benito, went to be with lord on Sunday July 05.2009 surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her father Manuel Alvarez, her brother Jose M. Alvarez, Two sisters, Guadalupe A. Tovar and Mary A. Rains. She is survived by her mother, Lydia Alvarez; Her children, Chriselda Trevino (Jose Luis Cerda), Javier Eugenio Trevino (Whitney) and Pricilla Gutierrez; Three Grandchildren, Michael Gaytan, Victoria Trevino and Herra Cerda; Her Brothers and Sisters, Dionicio Alvarez (Mary), Aurora Norris (Jerry), Robert Alvarez, Manuel Alvarez Jr., Carlos Alvarez (Sandra), Jesus Alvarez (Emma), Oralia Downen (Greg), Connie Gonzales (Paul), and Paul Alvarez . And numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. A Chapel Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. today July 08, 2009 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home, 395 S. Sam Houston St. in San Benito. Interment will follow to Restlawn Memorial Park in La Feria. Special Thanks to Doctors Nabill Sarhil and Todd Shenkenberg and also to the staff at Sunshine Haven, Inc. in Olmito, Texas.
