San Benito, TX- Guadalupe Sauceda, 85, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at Harlingen Good Samaritan Center. She was born on June 3, 1923 to Jesus Sauceda and Maria Rita Garcia in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Natividad S. de Leon.
She is survived by Tomas C.(Mary) De Leon; Rolando B. (Yolanda) De Leon & children; Rolando Jr. and Denise Jimenez; Janie(Carlos)San Miguel & children Laura, Carlos E. and Roberto San Miguel; Rogelio(Hilda) Garza & children, Rogelio Jr., Ruby and Marco Antonio; and other nieces and nephews. Visitations will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in San Benito. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
